Life of teenagers

You should be brave, not a slave,   Be tough, but never rough.   Be bold, not cold,   Hide your tears and throw away your fears.  Why all this? Because you’re a man,   Expected to do all you can.   But remember, it’s not just a role,   He's a man with a heart, and a soul.  Brave at times, but a slave for his girl, Tough yet a soft man in his daughter’s world. Bold, but not always with his wife, For his mom knows his fears in life.  He doesn’t always need to hide his tears,   For even the sky sheds rain when heavy with fears.   He doesn’t always need to be responsible,   For sometimes it’s okay to be vulnerable.  Remember this truth, he's a boy, not a toy,   With dreams to build, and a life to enjoy.   If you can’t support him, then step aside,   For he needs understanding, not judgment or pride

It's been 3 years since we said goodbye, But I still think of the day that started with a haii; We laughed together under the sun, Shared everything when the day was done.  We walked down roads, hand in hand,  Dreaming of castles made of sand.  Our plans are always bright and true,  Now seem so far without you.  Same place, same people, and same world I see, But without you, it's not how it used to be; Those moments, just you and me,  Are now the best of my memory.  Wants you turned to missing you,  Life with you turned to without you, All gives me a feeling so strange,  This to that, everything changed.  We can't be together in this life, that's clear, But maybe in another world, we'll be near. Until then, I hope you're happy where you are, Even though we're apart, you’re never far.
